Search for a Job

Saint Paul College uses College Central Network® as our job board platform. We call it JobsOnline. Go to saintpaul.edu/JobsOnline or click on the JobsOnline Job Board quick link at the top of the Career Services page. Follow the prompts to “Sign Up” and get started with:

Join CAP-SH – Career and Academic Planning for Science and Health Science

What is CAP?

  • Student-Faculty mentorship program with a series of activities and events to help with career and academic planning
  • Advice, encouragement and support from faculty, college staff and industry leaders
  • Support for setting career and academic goals

Benefits of participating:

  • Increase confidence and skills through development and exploration of careers
  • Increase sense of belonging with peers and faculty
  • More targeted guidance on academic/career planning

Eligibility:

  • Enrolled in at least 6 semester credits at Saint Paul College
  • Interest in science or health career path (AAS health science programs that are direct patient care related and have a transfer path to a 4-year degree)

Requirements:

  • Submit a signed consent form and mentoring plan each semester in the program
  • Answer survey at least one time per semester
  • Meet with your assigned faculty mentor three times (phone, video conference, or in-person)
  • Communicate with faculty mentor to keep them updated on plans.
  • Attend at least four co-curricular events per semester. These are designed to help students gain skills, learn about careers, investigate transfer options, or attend field trip to see relevant companies in action.

Expectations:

  • Use your student email and/or MS Teams to stay informed on program activities, events and announcements

Successful completion of all requirements:

  • Monetary stipend
  • Eligibility to serve as a CAP-SH mentor in subsequent semesters
