The American Culinary Federation Minneapolis Chefs Chapter hosted their Taste of Art event on Sunday, June 22. This annual event and fundraiser pits teams of Culinary Arts students against each other to come up with delicious dishes. Seven Saint Paul College Culinary Arts students competed in the event, where over 400 people were in attendance.
Winners of this year’s competition received scholarships for their efforts. The first place team will receive a scholarship for $2000 each, the second place team will receive $1500 each, the third place team will receive $1000 each, and the fourth place team will receive $500 for each participant. The scholarships will be presented at the American Culinary Federation’s annual awards banquette.
