Shelby Reigstad Shelby Reigstad Instructor Speech Phone: 651.846.1730 E-mail Shelby Reigstad Shelby Reigstad is a full-time Speech Instructor at Saint Paul College teaching Interpersonal Communication, Intercultural Communication, Small Group, and Computer-Mediated Communication. She also advises the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society and is involved in many campus activities, including Student Success Days. Before joining the College on a full-time basis, Shelby was an Adjunct Instructor while working in the advertising industry for nine years with clients from 3M to Microsoft. She has also taught part-time at four-year colleges in the metro area. Shelby studied human communication at Bethel University obtaining an M.A. in Communication in 2001. She feels fortunate to teach at Saint Paul College in a field where she has both academic and industry credentials. She is committed to providing the best possible education for her students and pursues life-long learning opportunities to stay abreast of ongoing developments in the field.
