Mindy began teaching at St. Paul College in 2007. Prior to teaching, she worked in the human resource field, with a focus on managing wellness, compliance, employment strategy and training. She began her career in HR after graduating from Saint Paul College in 1999. She completed her Master’s degree at Hamline University, with a concentration in Conflict Management.
