Ashley joined Saint Paul College in November 2018 as a Pathway Advisor. Prior, she served as a Success Coach and moved to Academic Advisor at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs in which she provided transitional support and career and major exploration to first-year students. She has worked in both Academic and Student Affairs including advising, academic appeals, campus activities, career services, orientation, first-year experience, and teaching academic and career exploration courses. Ashley grew up in Wisconsin, and is the first in her family to attend college. She earned her Master of Science in College Counseling and Student Development from St. Cloud State University and Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. She is EQ-i 2.0 certified and understands the necessity for continued education. In her current role as Pathway Advisor, she enjoys getting to know each student’s strengths, creating personal and professional goals, coaching academic skills, and guiding healthcare program and career exploration.
