Aaron Bommarito

After receiving his Master of Fine Arts degree from Arizona State University, Aaron Bommarito settled in Minnesota and began teaching at Saint Paul College. He has exhibited his artwork across the United States and is included in permanent collections at the Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts in Japan, the Northlight Gallery in Tempe, Arizona and the Minnesota Museum of American Art in St. Paul, Minnesota. His photographic portfolios include Minnesota camera obscuras, imagery of birds, birdlore and migration, the 2008 Primary and Caucus season, and prints of the Sonoran Desert and the creosote bush. He uses a range of photographic processes including photogravure, non-silver photographic methods, traditional gelatin silver prints and digital imaging.
