Additional Requirements/Recommendations
Cabinets are often the centerpieces of homes and offices, and professional cabinetmakers provide detailed workmanship and the highest quality products. Due to the precision and quality workmanship required in cabinetmaking, students need to be alert, physically fit, have good vision and excellent hand-eye coordination. At Saint Paul College, providing a safe learning environment is one of our top priorities, and students need to be able to understand and follow safety guidelines. As in any trade, math and print reading skills are essential to being a successful cabinetmaker.
