Craig Maus has been an instructor at Saint Paul College in the Hospitality Management and Business Management programs since 2006. He brings his relevant, hands-on experience and knowledge of Business Management and the Hospitality industry into the classroom. His start in the industry began with working as a cook at the Minnesota State Fair, and includes experience as a sales manager for the Earle Brown Heritage Center and the Gainey Conference Center. Craig’s sports entertainment experience includes four seasons in sales and marketing for the Minnesota Timberwolves. Craig also served as the Director of Event Services and adjunct faculty for Augsburg College, at which time he was an active member in Meeting Professionals International and the Association of Collegiate Conference and Events Directors International.
