Julie Shelton is the first-semester instructor in the Electrical Technology Program. Julie started at SPC in 1999 and has taught in all four semesters. She has been a MN Class A Journeyperson electrician since 2008, a MN Class A Master electrician for 25 years. Her experience includes industrial, commercial, and residential projects. Julie also owned and operated an electrical contracting business for 17 years. “I have tools, and I use them. And I still love to see the light turn on for the first time it is energized!”
