Before Classes Begin:

Check your school email and make sure you know how to log-in to D2L.

Double check your class schedule in eServices under the left hand menu for ‘Courses & Registration’ and then ‘View/Modify Schedule’ to view your specific course begin dates and room numbers.

next steps to success

First Week of Classes:

Monday, August 26th: The Fall semester begins! Try to arrive 10-15 minutes early to your classes. 

Monday, August 26th-Friday, August 30th : Welcome Week, check out all of the fun events we are having on campus! 

Friday, August 30th: Add/Drop deadline for most classes. Make sure to finalize your Fall schedule by this date!

Monday, September 2nd: College Closed for Labor Day (no classes)

Campus Services:

IT Help Desk (Room 14700: Visit here if you need help accessing your student email. We recommend checking it daily as this is the official form of communication at the College. 

Pathway Advising (Room 1340): Visit here if you need to adjust your schedule, discuss transfer planning, or have other academic questions or concerns. 


Admissions & Financial Aid (Room 1300): Visit here if you still need your SPC Photo ID for the parking lot or if you have Financial Aid questions.

Career Services: Visit here if you are looking for an on-campus job or need help creating a resume/job searching/ 

Student Life: Visit here to pick up your student planner and to get involved in a student organization.
