eServices Instructions

Please use the following sections of information to help you in your registration process.

Access the website at www.saintpaul.edu

Select the "eService" icon from the upper right corner.
Enter your 8-digit Saint Paul College Student ID (include leading zeros)
Press TAB
Enter your password. For first-time students using the system, you need to enter your birth date (yymmdd). If your birth date is not in your student record, you must use the last six digits of your social security number.
NOTE: The password must be between 8 and 20 characters long and must contain a letter, number, and a special character (!&@#$%^*()[]{}+-=<>).
Click in the box Display Name to have your name to appear on your printout
Click Login
Select Courses & Registration from the left side menu
Select "Find a Course"
Select the correct semester and search for course by subject.

Access the website at www.saintpaul.edu

Select Course Schedule from the left hand side
Select either Basic Search or Advanced Search tab
In the Advanced Search, you have more selections to narrow the search for courses.
Click on the course Title to view course descriptions and course notes.

You may also search other Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for course availability.

HELP videos are on the right side menu.

Selecting from the available options:

OPTION	DESCRIPTION
Search for Open Sections	Search the Course Schedule for availability
Quick Add (Register)	If you know the Course ID, use this option to register for courses
View/Modify Class Schedule	Use after you have completed your registration for the semester to view or change your class schedule
Check Registration Holds	Check your account for holds that will prevent you to continue to register
Registration Window	Provides you with your registration time you may begin to register for the semester selected.
Registration Access Code	Not applicable at SPC.

After you log into your account, using your SPC Student ID and PIN, from the left side menu, you may select:

OPTION	DESCRIPTION
Account Management	change your PIN; update address; update demographics; update e-mail address
Grades and Transcripts	check your grades
Financial Aid	view your Financial Aid status
Bills and Payment	view Account Balances; make payments via Credit Card or e-check. NBS Payment Plan Information or NBS account inquiry

NOTE: Remember to LOGOUT at the end of your session and quit your browser.
