How do I choose my refund preference with my Saint Paul College Card?
Visit Saint Paul College Card to select your refund preference. Students are free to choose the OneAccount, transfer to an existing bank account or get a check mailed to their address. Each preference is easy to choose and confirmed to make sure there is no mistake.
Does HigherOne charge fees?
You are not charged to receive your financial aid disbursement, regardless of your refund disbursement preference. If you select the OneAccount, you will not be charged for standard banking services such as zero minimum balance, online bill pay, etc.
However, there are fees for other services such as wire transfers, PIN based transaction fees, etc. Please read the HigherOne Fee Schedule carefully to learn about potential fees and how to avoid being charged. To avoid a debit fee, use the "swipe and sign" method when making purchases: swipe your card, select the "credit" option and sign your receipt.
If I select the OneAccount is there a $.50 fee for purchases made with the Saint Paul College Card?
You have two options to when making purchases with the Saint Paul College Card: selecting "credit" or "debit." Both options draw money from your OneAccount.
When you select the credit option you will be asked to sign your receipt instead of entering your PIN. By selecting the credit option, you will not be charged the $.50 PIN transaction fee.
Purchases made using the debit option will be subject to the $.50 PIN transaction fee.
Can I change my refund preference?
Yes, you can change your refund preference at any time online at. Select "Financial Refunds" then "Refund Preferences" from the main menu to update your refund selection.
How will I know when my refund has been deposited to my Vibe Account/OneAccount?
You will receive an email when your refund has been deposited into your Vibe Account/OneAccount. You can also check your balance online at Saint Paul College Card.
What if I do not receive my Saint Paul College Card in the mail?
You can track your card status online at Saint Paul College Card using the "Where's My Card" feature. You may also visit the Tuition Office on the first floor for assistance in tracking your card.
Do I have to choose a preference for a refund with the green envelope that was mailed to me?
You will need to activate your Saint Paul College Card in order select your refund preference. You will have three options: OneAccount, transfer to an existing bank account or paper check sent by mail.
What will happen if I don't activate my Saint Paul College Card?
HigherOne will not be able to disburse your financial aid refund. You must activate the card and choose your refund preference to avoid delays in receiving your financial aid disbursement.
What is the Vibe Account/OneAccount?

Do I have to open a OneAccount or do I have other choices?
You are not required to open a OneAccount. You can choose to have your financial aid disbursement deposited into your current checking account or have a paper check mailed to your home address.
Where can I use the Saint Paul College Card?
If you choose the OneAccount, you can use the card anywhere that MasterCard is accepted. Effective 6/16/16, BankMobile no longer charges PIN fees. There may be other fees charged by BankMobile (see Fee Schedule).
Are there any ATM fees?
You will not be charged any fees for using an AllPoint Network ATM with your Saint Paul College Card. However, you may be charged for using another bank's ATM (see Fee Schedule). To locate the nearest AllPoint Network ATM, visit www.allpointnetwork.com. Two ATM’s located at the Saint Paul College campus are also fee free for students using the Saint Paul College Card. Those locations are just outside Information Technology and another is adjacent to the Student Records Office.
How does this program benefit students?
Financial aid refunds were previously issued by paper check and direct deposit into a bank account. This method resulted in a long wait for students because the majority of students choose to have their disbursements provided through a paper check. Students now have more options for how they receive their disbursements and, depending on the refund disbursement preference, will receive their money faster. Furthermore, students can save money because cashing a paper check can cost $15 or more.
Are there any daily limits to using the Saint Paul College Card?
Yes. There is a daily limit of $500 in cash from an ATM and a daily limit of $2,500 from the card.
If I use a credit card to pay for tuition and then I am eligible for a refund because I withdraw from classes before the end of the add/drop period, does my refund go onto the Saint Paul College Card?
No, if tuition was paid by credit card either online or at the tuition window, the refund will be put back onto the credit card rather than being processed by BankMobile.
