Academic Bridge Program

Saint Paul College provides an Academic Bridge program during each Summer Term that is designed to provide eligible students with an opportunity to be promoted to higher levels of reading, writing, and math than indicated by their original ACCUPLACER™ assessment results.

  • Academic Success Coordinators assist students in selecting the appropriate Academic Bridge course based on their initial ACCUPLACER scores.
  • Academic Bridge courses are free to eligible students.
  • Students will complete their bridge course, learning key skills and strategies during the 3-week intensive session. After completion, students will retake the ACCUPLACER.
  • Based on their two ACCUPLACER assessments, the work and effort demonstrated in the course, and faculty feedback, students are placed into the next appropriate course.
