Welding Technology Faculty

Dave Fitzgerald has been a Saint Paul College Welding Program instructor since 1976 – initially as an evening adjunct faculty, and for over 13 years as a full-time instructor. Dave considers helping students to achieve their goals as the most satisfactory part about being an instructor. He’s been in the welding industry since 1974, and enjoys the hands-on experience in teaching students how to work with metals. He also is a member of the American Welding Society (AWS). Dave received a community service award for participating in the building of the “Safe Escape Houses” used for fire safety training for children.
