Carl Zitzer has been teaching in the Sheet Metal program at Saint Paul College since 1996. He also is a member of the Sheet Metal Workers Local #10 and teaches for the Sheet Metal Workers International Association. Prior to becoming a teacher, Carl was a successful sheet metal worker. But being a teacher was always his dream and Carl says "I was 39 before I got my start (as a teacher). Never give up on a goal or a dream. You never know when opportunity will knock." Carl likes to demonstrate things to students that will help them learn skills that will be work-ready. His favorite part of being a teacher is to see the success of students.
