Simulation Center for Health Science Programs
The Simulation Center for Health Science Programs provides a dynamic educational and realistic technological approach to patient care through the use of innovation with high fidelity mannequins and collaborative approaches.
The current Simulation Center consists of Skill Lab Rooms 2130 and 2140, and are fully equipped to practice all clinical skills on sophisticated manikins. All skills labs can be video monitored and recorded. All health science programs have an opportunity to participate in the SIM Center, with uses varying per program.
Simulation is an essential learning experience for students as they can practice on manikins and use equipment in a realistic environment to make sure they are well prepared and ready to work in actual clinical settings.
