Spring Semester 2017 Important Dates and Information

Below are important dates, deadlines and links for your convenience to help you get started and keep informed for Semester 2017.

Checklists for Students
Make sure you have taken care of everything you need to before the term starts. Many things can be accomplished online - or come to campus to finish any last minute pre-semester business!

Find your classroom location ahead of time on one of the Campus Floor Maps.

Spring 2017 Important Dates and Information

If you register for Spring Semester after December 15, 2016, tuition is due the same day you register.


Use our Online Orientation to learn all the important information about being a Saint Paul College student!

If you missed attending an on-campus New Student Orientation or forgot some of the many things mentioned at orientation, just use our Online Orientation to get the information you need.

Text books can also be reserved online.


Come to campus to finish any last minute pre-semester business and use our checklists to keep track of what you need to do:

Attend an Online Course Orientation for D2L Brightspace - days and times vary.

January 9, 2017 

Spring Semester Begins


Online course students must log-in to D2L Brightspace by 11:00pm on Friday of the first week of the session.

January 13, 2017

Last day to change (drop or add) Spring Term registration for full semester classes.

You are responsible for dropping the courses you do not wish to take.

Be sure to check your eServices account each day during the drop/add period to ensure your schedule is what you intend to take.

You are financially and academically responsible for any courses you are registered for after Friday, January 13, 2017.

Tuition and Fees - Tuition payment is due on or before December 15, 2016*.

* Students are responsible for their course enrollment. Students must go online by Friday, January 13, 2017, to drop any course they do not wish to take.

Saint Paul College Card
You will be receiving your financial aid, refund and/or student payroll via your Saint Paul College Card. It's fast, secure and convenient: no waiting in line.

Want to get your books faster? Reserve your books online, and your books will be ready, waiting, and boxed up for you to pick up in a new separate line.

Go to Parking Information for all details about the SPC Card and parking on campus.

Discounted MTC bus passes are available in the bookstore. 

Office of Academic Success
If you have questions concerning academic warning or academic suspension, the Office of Academic Success can help you.  Email: Academic Success

  • To schedule an appointment with an Academic Success Coordinator, call 651.846.1357. 
  • ​If you are on Warning and need a registration hold lifted from your record, complete the online warning seminar and academic warning agreement to have your hold lifted. It may take up to 72 hours to have the hold lifted, please plan accordingly.

Attend an in-person D2L Brightspace orientation or to do the online D2L Brightspace orientation.
