President and CEO
As chief executive officer, the president provides leadership for the effective and efficient operation and administration of Saint Paul College and its programs, while upholding the College’s mission and vision. The president leads in planning for current and long-term educational needs of the College and supporting our strategic goals which are aligned with the strategic framework of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities system, as well as recommending operating and capital budgets to the System. The president also cultivates community partnerships to better serve the needs of the community served by the College.
Vice President, Finance and Operations
Oversees budget planning, business office, including accounts receivable and accounts payable, facilities planning and operations, public safety, institutional research, planning, and effectiveness, and auxiliary planning and operations, including bookstore, cafeteria, and parking.
Interim Vice President of Student Affairs
Provides the leadership, management, and strategic direction and administrative oversight for all Student Affairs functions, including Enrollment Services, Records and Registration, Strategic Enrollment Management, College Partnerships, Power of You, TRiO, Make it Count, Student Success and Advising, (Advising/Transfer, Counseling, Access and Disability Resources, and Career Services), Student Conduct, Student Life and Diversity, Tutoring Services, and the Testing Center. Serves as the primary student advocate and liaison between students and the campus, thereby influencing the student’s educational journey with high quality experiences within a student-centered environment

Chief Human Resources Officer
Provide leadership, direction and administrative support for all human resource functions at the College. Administer the management of the employee benefit program and labor contracts. Oversee the recruitment of all college employees, and the HRIS system. Serve as the employee ADA Coordinator and Affirmative Action Officer.
Executive Director of Marketing, Communications and Recruitment
Primary contact for all media/press inquiries. Provides advanced professional strategic leadership and direction for institutional marketing and branding, program-specific marketing, internal and external communications, and supervision of the Marketing, Communications and Recruitment Departments
Dean of Institutional Research, Planning, and Effectiveness
Provides leadership for institutional research, strategic planning, and continuous quality improvement at the College. Oversees data collection and analysis, performance measurement, benchmarking studies, key performance indicators, and other accountability indicators. Facilitates the strategic planning process and continuous quality improvement efforts. Serves as Saint Paul College’s Accreditation Liaison Officer to the Higher Learning Commission and is responsible for leading the College through the Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP) accreditation cycle.
Executive Assistant to the President
Margaret is the executive assistant to College President, and provides support for President’s Office as well as supporting the Vice President of Academic and Student Affairs and the Executive Director of Friends of Saint Paul College, Foundation.
