Change or Reset Your Password Help

On campus

  • To change your password
    • While logged onto your computer, press ctrl, alt and del (delete) keys all at the same time.
    • Click on Change password in the option list.
    • Enter your old password
    • Create new password (see your password page for help on selecting a password)
    • Reenter new password
    • Click OK
  • To reset password
    • Reset your password - Information Technology Services is dedicated to protecting you and your security. We require positive identification to reset your password. Please bring your SPC ID to Room 1470 Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 5:30PM for a password reset.

Off Campus

  • To change your password
    • Goto: SPC Outlook Web Access (OWA) - https://mail.saintpaul.edu/owa
    • Login into your online email
    • Click options in the upper right corner of the screen
    • Click Change password in the list on the left under options
    • Enter your old password
    • Create new password (see your password page for help on selecting a password)
    • Reenter new password
    • Click OK
  • To reset password
    • Reset your password - Information Technology Services is dedicated to protecting you and your security. We require positive identification to reset your password. Please bring your SPC ID to Room 1470 Monday through Friday 7:00AM to 5:30PM for a password reset.
