The IT Helpdesk provides general IT support services for students, faculty and staff via

The IT Helpdesk can directly help students with the following:

  • Student E-mail Account and access
  • Saint Paul College wireless access
  • IT related issues and problems.
  • And More…

Faculty & Staff Services

The IT Helpdesk can assist faculty and staff directly with issue related to computers, printers, network connections, software, and other IT related problems. Or if the IT Helpdesk determines that you need additional assistance, they will submit an IT Services Request on your behalf. An IT Services team member will then promptly contact you regarding your issue.
